Using multiple promotions at once

Generally, you cannot use multiple promotions at the exact same time. Most Canadian gambling platforms enforce a strict “no bonus stacking” policy to keep things fair and simple.
The “One Active Bonus” rule
You are typically allowed to have only one active bonus linked to your account balance at any given time. Before you can claim a new offer, you must do one of the following:
- Complete the wagering requirements (rollover).
- Spend the bonus funds completely.
- Forfeit or cancel the active bonus through your account settings.
Managing different types of promotions
How multiple bonuses are handled depends on your activity and how the platform organises your wallet.

Claiming a new offer too early
If you try to claim a new promo code or opt into an offer while another is still active, the system will usually do one of the following:
- Place the new bonus in a pending queue until your first one is cleared.
- Block the new bonus from activating and show an error message.
- Warn you that claiming the new offer will automatically cancel your current active bonus and forfeit any winnings tied to it.
