Managing your communication preferences’
You can easily customize how we communicate with you. It is possible to stop receiving promotional offers while ensuring you still get critical updates about your money and account security.
How to change your settings
The most reliable way to manage your preferences is directly through your account:
- Log in and go to your Profile or Account Settings.
- Select “Communication Preferences” or “Preference Centre.”
- Use the toggles to filter your alerts:
- Promotional Emails: Bonuses, new game launches, and special offers.
- SMS Marketing: Text messages about time-sensitive odds or events.
- Transactional Notifications: Alerts about deposits, withdrawals, and security.
Marketing vs. Transactional messages
It is important to know that these two types of messages are handled differently to keep your account safe:
- Marketing Messages (Optional): These are promotional. When you unsubscribe, you are opting out of sales content.
- Transactional Messages (Mandatory): These are required by Canadian law. You cannot opt out of emails regarding withdrawal confirmations, password resets, or security alerts. These will always be sent to your registered email to ensure your CAD balance is protected.
Other ways to opt out
- Email: Every promotional email contains an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom.
- SMS: If you receive a marketing text, you can reply with the word “STOP” to be removed from our mobile list immediately.
Warning: Avoid using your email provider’s “Block” or “Mark as Spam” feature. Doing so might accidentally block transactional emails, causing you to miss a notification that your withdrawal has been processed or that someone is attempting to change your password.
