How to recover your betting password

Forgetting your password is common, and Canadian betting sites have secure systems to help you regain access. Start by clicking the “Forgot Password” or “Trouble Logging In” link on the login screen. You’ll be asked to enter your registered email address to receive a secure reset link.
Once you receive the email, follow the link to create a new password. To meet safety standards, your new password should include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Some platforms may also send a security PIN via SMS to your mobile phone or ask a security question to confirm it’s really you.
If you no longer have access to the email or phone number on your profile, the automated reset won’t work. In this case, you must contact customer support directly. They will require a copy of your government-issued photo ID to manually verify your identity before updating your contact details and restoring your access.
