Troubleshooting missing Interac deposits
Interac is typically instant, but deposits can occasionally lag between your bank and the betting platform. If your funds haven’t appeared after a few minutes, do not make a second deposit, as this could lead to a double charge.
1. Wait for the processing window
While most transfers clear in seconds, the network can experience congestion during peak hours—like right before a major kickoff or on busy weekend nights. It is normal for a transfer to take up to 30 minutes to process.
2. Check for bank confirmation
Verify that the money actually left your account before contacting support. Check your email for an official notification stating “Funds Successfully Deposited” or “Transfer Accepted.” If you haven’t received this, your bank may have placed a routine security hold on the transaction.
3. Locate the Interac Reference Number
If the funds have left your bank but aren’t in your account, you need proof. Find the Interac Reference Number in your confirmation email or bank history. This is a unique alphanumeric code that almost always starts with the letters “CA” (e.g., CA12B34C56).
4. Contact Live Chat
This “CA” number is the only tool support has to find your money. Open a chat and provide the agent with that exact reference number. They will use it to track the stuck transfer and manually credit it to your balance.
Common reasons for delays
- Name Mismatch: The name on your bank account does not match your betting profile.
- Missing Details: If you used a manual transfer, you might have forgotten the required security answer or memo code.
Note: If a deposit fails for these reasons, the funds aren’t lost. The payment processor will reject the transfer, and the money will return to your bank account within 2 to 3 business days.
