Points and status expiry rules

Reward points and VIP status are handled differently. While points are your “currency” to spend, your status determines your perks. Both can expire if you don’t stay active.
Redeemable reward points
Your spendable points generally do not expire as long as your account is active. However, prolonged inactivity can lead to them being removed.
- Standard Inactivity: Most Canadian sites expire points after 6 to 12 months of no betting.
- Resetting the Clock: Placing a single real-money wager on a slot or a sports market usually resets the timer for another year.
- The Ontario Exception: Under iGaming Ontario rules, points typically cannot expire based on time alone, but they can be cleared if the account is officially closed.
VIP Tier Status reset
Your tier (Gold, Platinum, etc.) determines benefits like faster withdrawals. Unlike points, this is evaluated on a fixed cycle.

How to maintain your perks
To avoid a downgrade, you must meet the “Maintenance Requirement” for your level.
- Casino: You may need to wager a specific amount on slots or tables each quarter.
- Sports: Your tier is often tied to your total monthly “handle” (total wagered).
Quick Tip: Check your Loyalty Dashboard at the end of the month. If you are close to the next tier, a small wager could secure your benefits for the entire following year.
