If you notice something’s not quite right—perhaps a bet you don’t remember placing or a login notification from a location you haven’t visited—it’s vital to act straight away. Your account security is a top priority, and taking these quick steps can help protect your funds and personal details.
Change your password immediately
Your first move should be to update your login credentials. Head to your account settings and change your password to something entirely unique that you haven’t used on any other sites. If you cannot log in because your details have already been altered, proceed immediately to contacting support.
Alert the Live Chat team
