If you see a message saying we cannot verify your location, or if you are blocked from placing a bet, it is likely due to your geolocation settings. In the UK, we are legally required by the Gambling Commission to ensure all players are physically located within a licensed territory.

The VPN and proxy problem

Using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or any software that masks your IP address is a major red flag for our security systems. If a VPN is active—even for work or general privacy—the site will automatically block your access. You must switch off all VPN or proxy services before attempting to log in or deposit.

Location services on mobile

To satisfy UKGC checks, your phone’s “Location Services” must be enabled. This proves you are in the UK.

  • The Fix: Go to your phone settings, find our app, and ensure location access is set to “While Using the App.”
  • Desktop: Check your browser settings to ensure you haven’t blocked the site from seeing your location.
