Fixes for a betting app not working
Check your internet by loading another app or site, then switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Close the app fully and reopen it, restart your phone and turn off any VPN, since a VPN can break the location check. On Android you can clear the app cache, and on iPhone you can offload and reinstall the app. If the app works on Wi-Fi but not on mobile data, the problem is the network.
Update the app
Old versions can stop working properly or be blocked, so the app will usually tell you when to update. On iPhone, open the App Store, search for the operator’s app and tap Update if you see that button instead of Open. On Android, open Google Play, search for the app and tap Update. Switch on automatic updates, keep enough storage free and use Wi-Fi to save mobile data.
