Bet missing from your bet history: what to check
If a bet is missing, check the open bets and settled bets tabs, widen the date filter, look for the confirmation email or bet receipt and see whether money left your balance. Do not place it again. Contact support with the time, stake, selection and a screenshot.
A bet missing from your history is worrying, but it is usually in a different tab or was never accepted. Check these places before you do anything else.
Bet missing: where to look first
- Open the open bets tab, then the settled bets tab.
- Widen the date range and clear any filters.
- Look for the bet receipt or confirmation message.
- Check your balance and transaction history to see if the stake left.
- Make sure you are logged in to the right account.
Do not place it twice
If you cannot find the bet, do not place it again until you know what happened, because you could double your stake. A rejected bet is not charged, and an accepted bet should stay in your history even if it was voided, normally marked as void. Check the transaction history before you assume that a bet failed.
Keep your own records
Take a screenshot of the receipt after you place a bet, because it shows the bet ID, the odds and the stake. Operators keep records for the period their licence requires, but the app may show only recent history, so ask support for older records if you need them for a dispute. Checking your open bets right after you place a wager catches most problems while they are fresh.
If it is still missing
Note the time, event, selection, stake and odds, and take a screenshot of your account and any bank charge. Refresh and wait a few minutes first, then contact support, and do not wait for the event to finish. If the bet is there but the result looks wrong, that is a settlement question, and a written request for review is the right step.
