How to update your registered address
Moving house? Updating your address on our app or website takes just a few taps. However, it requires a quick security check to keep your account compliant with UKGC rules.
How to make the change
Head to the “My Account” section and tap on “Personal Details” (or Account Settings). Select “Edit Address”, enter your new postcode, update your details, and tap save.
New address, new documents
Changing your address triggers an automatic security check. To keep your account fully verified, you must provide proof that you live at the new property.
Withdrawals will be paused
You will not be able to withdraw any winnings until your new address is verified. To avoid delays, have a new document ready to upload as soon as you change your details.
What you need to send
Go to the Document Upload portal in your account settings. Provide a clear photo or PDF of one of the following:
- A utility bill (gas, electric, or water).
- A UK bank or building society statement.
- A council tax bill for the current year.
The document must be dated within the last three months. It must clearly show your full name, your new address, and the official company logo. Once approved, your withdrawals will be unlocked immediately.
