Bet on individual soccer stars at Sports Interaction with Opta-powered Fantasy Picks. Learn how points, shots, and goals are scored.
Published:Sports Interaction offers a Fantasy Picks market for soccer that lets you bet on individual player performance rather than the match outcome, one of several promotions covered in the full Sports Interaction betting review. The market uses official live data from Opta to turn shots, assists, and goals into fantasy points. If your player hits or beats the target score you selected, your bet wins no matter what the final score ends up being.
Scoring System & Point Stacking
The point system awards 1 point for a shot, 4 points for a shot on target, 5 points for a goal, and 7 points for an assist. Because plays stack together, an on-target shot that does not go in gives 5 points total (1 for the shot plus 4 for target). A goal gives 10 points total, combining 1 for the shot, 4 for the shot on target, and 5 for the goal itself.
Scoring Example in Action
For example, if you bet on Messi to hit 15+ points, an assist gives him 7 points. A shot on target saved by the keeper later adds 5 points, putting him at 12. If he scores a goal in the second half, he gets another 10 points, bringing his total to 22. That passes the 15-point line, and the bet pays out even if his team loses the match.
How to Place a Fantasy Picks Bet
To place this type of bet, go to an eligible soccer game and open the Fantasy Picks tab. Pick your player, choose a point line like 10+, 15+, or 20+, and confirm your wager.
