Privacy Policy
This is the general privacy policy for boldgambler.com and for any Bold Gambler visitor whose country doesn’t yet have a dedicated local policy. If you’re visiting from one of the markets below, our region-specific policy applies to you and goes into more local detail:
- Brazil: boldgambler.com/br/politica-de-privacidade/
- Argentina: boldgambler.com/ar/politica-de-privacidad-de-bold-gambler/
- Canada: boldgambler.com/ca/privacy-policy/

- United Kingdom: boldgambler.com/uk/privacy-policy/
1. Who we are
Bold Gambler is an international sports betting content, review, and comparison network. We are not a gambling operator. We don’t process bets, deposits, or withdrawals, and we don’t collect banking or identity-verification data — those activities happen directly on the licensed operators’ own platforms when you follow a link from our site.
2. What data we collect
Provided by you: name and email address, if you contact us, subscribe to a newsletter, or comment on an article.
Collected automatically: IP address, approximate country of access, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookie data.
3. Cookies
We apply the strictest reasonable default worldwide: analytics and advertising cookies only activate after you actively accept them, unless local law explicitly allows an opt-out model (currently, this applies to US visitors, where cookies may load by default but you can opt out at any time). We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically. You can review your choice anytime via Cookie / Privacy Preferences. For the full list of cookies we use, see our Cookie Policy.
4. How we use your data
- Operating, securing, and improving the site;
- Responding to contact requests and sending newsletters you’ve opted into;
- Measuring audience and content performance;
- Personalizing advertising, where you’ve consented or haven’t opted out.
5. Who we share data with
We don’t sell your data to data brokers. We share only what’s necessary with the providers that run the site: hosting (Hostinger), security/CDN (Cloudflare), and analytics/advertising partners (Google Analytics, Google Ads).
6. International data transfers
Our infrastructure is global by nature — some providers (Google, Cloudflare) process data outside your country, including in the United States. We require these providers to maintain safeguards appropriate to the origin of the data, such as Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant.
7. Retention
We keep contact and comment data while the related content stays live, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
8. Security
Site-wide HTTPS, Cloudflare protection against attacks, and restricted access to administrative systems.
9. Your rights
Wherever you’re located, you can generally ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate data;
- Delete data we no longer need;
- Object to or opt out of a particular use, such as advertising;
- Withdraw consent at any time.
Depending on where you live, additional or more specific rights may apply — see the region-specific policy linked above, or contact us and we’ll do our best to honor your local rights regardless.
10. Responsible gambling and minimum age
This site is intended for adults only; the minimum legal gambling age varies by country and, in some places, by region (commonly 18, and 21 in most of the US). Gambling carries financial risk. If it stops being fun, please use the self-exclusion and support tools offered by the licensed operator you’re using, or a local support service.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
