This is the general privacy policy for boldgambler.com and for any Bold Gambler visitor whose country doesn’t yet have a dedicated local policy. If you’re visiting from one of the markets below, our region-specific policy applies to you and goes into more local detail:

1. Who we are

Bold Gambler is an international sports betting content, review, and comparison network. We are not a gambling operator. We don’t process bets, deposits, or withdrawals, and we don’t collect banking or identity-verification data — those activities happen directly on the licensed operators’ own platforms when you follow a link from our site.

2. What data we collect

Provided by you: name and email address, if you contact us, subscribe to a newsletter, or comment on an article.

Collected automatically: IP address, approximate country of access, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookie data.

10. Responsible gambling and minimum age
