Forgot your betting username or email? How to find it
Search your inbox for the operator's welcome or verification email, try the email addresses you normally use on the login screen, and use the forgot username or forgot password link. If nothing works, support can help after you verify your identity.
If you forgot your betting username or the email you signed up with, you can usually get back in within minutes and without opening a new account. Start with your own inbox, because the operator emailed you when you registered.
If you forgot your betting username, look here first
Most people find the answer within a few minutes, so work through these three places in order.
- Your inbox: search for the operator’s name, “welcome,” “verify” or “deposit,” and check the spam and promotions folders.
- The login screen: try each email address you use, since many operators accept either an email or a username.
- Saved logins: check your browser or password manager, which may store the username.
If nothing works
Use the forgot username link on the login page, then reset your password once you know the email. If the email address is lost or closed, contact support and be ready to verify your identity, usually with your name, date of birth and address. They may send the details to the email on file instead of reading them out.
Do not register a second time. Operators allow one account per person, and a duplicate can lead to closed accounts or blocked withdrawals.
Keep it from happening again
Once you are back in, write the username and email down somewhere safe or save them in a password manager, and check that the email on file is one you still use. An outdated email is the most common reason people get stuck when a password reset has to be sent. Many operators also let you add a second contact method, such as a phone number, which gives you another way back in.
