Sometimes, when trying to access bet365, you run into error codes. I’ve dealt with error 520 and others myself and got them sorted. I’ve put together a bunch of other codes and solutions right here on this page.
The fixes that actually work:
- 520: Stop taking the piss by logging into three different accounts on your phone. The app thinks you’re a bot and will bin you. One device, one account. That’s it.
- RPM01 & NPM01: I tried withdrawing to a mate’s card once—huge mistake. They froze everything. If the bank account name doesn’t match your ID, you’re flagged. Get on the chat and prepare to explain yourself.
- DBD01: Someone else already used your bank details on another account. You’ll need a fresh account in your name only to clear this.
- SD01: Deposit failed. Usually, it’s just the bank being dodgy with gambling sites. Try a different card or hit up the chat.
- S144 / S145: Your Wi-Fi is probably acting up. Every time I got this, switching to 5G sorted it immediately.
- FLAE01: Too many wrong passwords. You’re locked in the “penalty box.” Only the Live Chat can unlock you now.
- LL01: This is the worst of the lot. Duplicate accounts or dodgy info. Be honest with them in the chat or say goodbye to that account for good.
Quick Tip: Before you smash your phone, just force close the app, clear the cache, and restart. It fixes half the glitches that don’t even have a code.
We have put together a guide on the most common bet365 issues and their solutions for UK users.
