If players end up tied for a paying position, the prize money for those spots gets pooled and split evenly among them. All overall prizes drop after the tournament final.
Using Bet Credits
Bet Credits show up in your balance once fixture results are final. You cannot cash them out directly.
When you back a winner with Bet Credits, you keep the profit, not the stake. For instance, a £10 bet at 2/1 odds pays £20 in cash, while the original £10 credit stake disappears. You can also combine cash and Bet Credits on a single wager; the cash portion of the stake returns on a win, but the credit part does not.
Watch the clock: Bet Credits expire after seven days. Earning new credits resets that seven-day window. If a bet placed with credits gets voided, you lose the credits if the bet had a live shot at winning (like a push). If the bet never had a chance to win from the start, such as backing an injured goalscorer who never touched the pitch, you get the credits back.
Postponements and Fine Print
If a match is postponed, your pick remains active as long as the game is rescheduled and finished within the official calendar. If a match is abandoned, the official tournament governing body’s ruling decides the result. Should an abandoned match leave the tournament incomplete, selections become void.
Taxes are entirely your responsibility. Standard bet365 promotions do not apply here, and entry is completely separate from regular betting. For big cash prizes, bet365 may reach out to you directly, and standard account verification checks apply before any money leaves your balance. Payouts only go to the verified name on the account. As usual, the house can void picks, reclaim mistakenly settled prizes, or pull the game entirely due to technical faults or suspected misuse.
