Withdrawal rejected? Reasons and what to do
Withdrawals are rejected for unfinished verification, a payment method that does not match your deposits, wrong bank details, live bonus wagering, limits or an account review. Read the message, fix the cause, request again and contact support with the reference if it repeats.
A withdrawal rejected message is frustrating, but the cause is usually one of a short list. Find the reason, fix it and ask again.
Common reasons for a withdrawal rejected message
- Verification incomplete: documents are missing or were rejected.
- Method mismatch: you asked for a method that does not match your deposits.
- Wrong details: a mistyped sort code, account number or email.
- Name mismatch: the account holder name differs from your betting account.
A live bonus can also block a payout, either because wagering is not finished or because the amount includes bonus funds, and a withdrawal limit or a check on your account can cause the same message.
What to do
Read the rejection message and any email, then fix the detail or upload the requested document. Request the withdrawal again only after fixing the cause, otherwise you will get the same result. If it is rejected again, contact support with the reference and the date. The method rule is the closed loop withdrawal policy: money goes back to the source you paid with, so a request to a different method can be refused. A mistyped sort code or account number is the fastest fix of all, so check those details before you contact support.
If you are not getting answers
Ask for the reason in writing, because an operator can reject winnings from valid bets only for reasons set out in its terms, such as failed checks or a breach of the rules. If support is not replying, escalate through the operator’s complaints process and then to an approved dispute resolution service. Keep screenshots of the rejection, the dates and every reply, since a short, factual record is easier to resolve than a long argument.
