Deposit not showing in your betting account?
Check your bank for a completed or pending payment and your betting transaction history. Card and wallet deposits are usually instant, while bank transfers can take longer. Do not deposit again until you know what happened, then contact support with the reference and time.
A deposit not showing in your balance is usually a delay or a declined payment, not lost money. Check these points before you try again.
Deposit not showing: check these first
- Your bank: is the payment completed, pending or declined?
- Betting history: open your transaction history in the account.
- Refresh: log out and back in, or restart the app.
- Limits: a deposit limit you set may have blocked the payment.
Method matters too. Cards and wallets are usually instant, while bank transfers can take minutes to a few hours, so allow time for transfers before you worry. Refreshing the app or logging out and back in is worth doing before anything else, because the balance sometimes updates a moment after the payment clears.
If the money has left your bank
Note the date, time, amount and any reference, and do not deposit again until you know the status of the first payment. Contact support with a screenshot of the bank entry, and ask for a written update if it is not resolved quickly. You can use a different card in the meantime, but wait for the status of the first payment so that you do not pay twice.
Declines and pending holds
A failed payment normally returns to your bank on its own, sometimes after a few days, and pending card holds usually drop off. If your card was declined, the usual causes are a typo in the details, a bank security block, a card limit or a deposit limit set on the account. Only debit cards are accepted for gambling, so a credit card will always fail. Try another accepted method if the card keeps failing, and call your bank if it blocked the payment.
