I’ve tracked down exactly what those annoying Bet365 codes mean and how I got them sorted. Check the list to get back to your bets.
Last updated:Look, we’ve all been there. You’re trying to place a bet or pull your winnings, and a weird code pops up out of nowhere. I’ve noted down the most frequent ones and after a fair bit of digging and testing, here’s how to get them sorted:
Common Codes & Solutions:
- 520: This is a classic mobile issue in bet365. It happens when you’re trying to access two or more accounts from the same phone. Keep it to one account per device to stay safe.
- RPM01: A real headache with withdrawals. It usually triggers if you try to withdraw money to someone else’s bank account. Take my advice: only use a bank account in your own name.
- NPM01: This pops up when you try to link a third-party bank card. You’ll need to jump on the Live Chat to clear this one up.
- DBD01: Duplicate bank details. It means the bank info you’re entering is already linked to another user. You’ll need to use a different account that belongs solely to you.
- SD01: A deposit fail. It’s usually just a communication glitch between banks. If it keeps happening, the support team is your best bet.
- S144 or S145: Transmission errors. I’ve had this myself, and 9 times out of 10, it was just my dodgy Wi-Fi acting up.
- FLAE01: Too many wrong password attempts and now you’re locked out. Head straight to the chat to get back in.
- LL01: The big one. This usually means there’s conflicting info or a duplicate account issue. Don’t panic, but you’ll need to explain your situation clearly to the support team to fix it.
Quick Fixes for most issues:
Before you lose your head, try these “IT crowd” basics:
- Check your signal: Switch from Wi-Fi to 4G/5G to see if it’s a connection snag.
- The classic restart: Close the app and give your phone a quick reboot.
- Double-check details: Make sure you haven’t got a typo in your login or that your ID hasn’t expired.
