This policy explains how Bold Gambler handles personal information for visitors to boldgambler.com/us, in line with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the privacy laws of other US states where they apply.

1. Who we are

Bold Gambler is a sports betting content, review, and comparison network, also operating in Brazil, Argentina, Canada, and the UK. We are not a licensed sportsbook or casino. We don’t process bets, deposits, or withdrawals, and we don’t collect banking or identity-verification data — those happen directly on the licensed operators’ own platforms when you click through from our site.

2. Categories of personal information we collect

  • Identifiers: name and email address, if you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or comment;
  • Internet or network activity: pages viewed, time on site, referring page, click behavior;
