Account verification failed? Common reasons and fixes
Verification usually fails because of blurry or cropped photos, expired documents, details that don't match your ID, a name mismatch on the payment method or an address document that is too old. Fix the issue, resubmit once and contact support if it fails again.
When account verification failed, the operator could not match your documents to the details on the account. The fix is usually small, like a clearer photo or a corrected spelling, once you know which check failed.
Common reasons account verification failed
Poor photo quality is the top cause, meaning blur, glare, shadows or cut-off corners. The ID must also be valid and on the operator’s list of accepted documents, and your name, date of birth or address must match the account. Proof of address is usually accepted only when it is recent, and edited files or screenshots are rejected because documents must look original and complete. A selfie that does not match the photo on the ID causes failures too, and so does a small difference in details, such as a missing middle name.
How to fix it
- Read the rejection message, which usually names the problem.
- Correct the account details if they contain a typo.
- Retake the photos in good light with all four corners in view.
- Check the list of accepted documents.
- Resubmit once, then wait for the review.
If the second attempt also fails, contact support and include the rejection message. If you are stuck at registration instead, the problem may be the sign-up check and not the documents.
Do it before you need a payout
Failed verification usually blocks withdrawals, because operators must finish identity checks before paying out. Complete verification early, ideally right after you register and before your first big win, so a payout is never held up by a document problem you could have fixed in minutes. Keep a clear photo of your ID and a recent proof of address saved on your phone, so a request from the operator can be answered within minutes.
