A pending or declined payment also stops the bonus, because the qualifying deposit never completed.

If the bonus was not credited

Check the promotions or bonus page and your email, then compare what you did with the terms. Some bonuses post after a delay, for example after the qualifying bet settles, so wait for settlement if the terms say so. An existing customer account, the wrong state, a restricted payment method or an earlier bonus that is still active can all block a new one. If nothing explains it, contact support with screenshots of the offer, your deposit and the date, before you make another deposit.

Be careful with codes you did not expect

Scammers copy offers, so use codes shown in the operator’s own app or site, or in an official email you were expecting. Never pay a fee to receive a bonus or winnings, because a real operator does not charge one.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

    <details class="faq-item">

Can I add a promo code after I have deposited?

            Often not, because many offers need the code at sign-up or the first deposit.
