Changing your betting account name usually needs support, because the name must match your government ID and your payment methods. Fixing a mismatch early prevents blocked withdrawals later.

How to fix or change your betting account name

  1. Open Profile and check which fields you can edit, since names are often locked after registration.

  2. Contact support and say whether it is a typo, a nickname or a legal name change.

  3. Send a clear copy of your current government ID.

  4. For a legal change, add the document that proves it, such as a marriage certificate or court order.

  5. Update any payment method that still shows the old name.

    What to send and what to expect

    Support compares your ID with the account record and may ask for a second document. Send a clear, uncropped image of an ID that has not expired, with all four corners visible. Review time varies by operator, so make the request well before you need to withdraw, and keep the confirmation once the change is approved. When it is done, check that the account name, the ID and every payment method show the same spelling.

    Nicknames and display names

    Use your legal name for the account. Many operators let you pick a separate display name or username for the app, so you can keep the nickname there and leave the legal name on the account record. If a card shows a different name than your account, use a card or bank account in your own name or ask your bank to update the card.

    ❓ Frequently Asked Questions

    Why does my name have to match my ID?

Operators must verify who you are under licensing and anti-money-laundering rules, and payment methods must be in your name. A mismatch can block withdrawals, so your account name, ID and payment methods should all match.

</details>

    Can I use a nickname?

Use your legal name for the account. A nickname is fine as a display name or username, but it should never replace the name that appears on your ID.

</details>

    What if the name on my card is different?

A different name usually fails payment checks. Use a card or bank account in your own name, or update the card with your bank, and be ready to prove ownership if the operator asks for it.

</details>
