Check these places before you do anything else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bet-missing-where-to-look-first\">Bet missing: where to look first<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the open bets tab, then the settled bets tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Widen the date range and clear any filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Look for the bet receipt or confirmation message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check your balance and transaction history to see if the stake left.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure you are logged in to the right account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-do-not-place-it-twice\">Do not place it twice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you cannot find the bet, <strong>do not place it again<\/strong> until you know what happened, because you could double your stake. A rejected bet is not charged, and an accepted bet should stay in your history even if it was voided, normally marked as void. Operators keep records for the period their licence requires, but the app may show only recent history, so ask support for older records if you need them for a dispute.
