Wait for it to settle, because cashing out early may stop it counting, and then check for the reward in your account. Most offers only need the bet to be placed and settled, win or lose, though you should check the terms for any win or lose condition. A void bet typically does not count, so place a new one if the offer is still open, and a free bet normally cannot be the qualifying bet, because the qualifying stake must be your own money.

Who is eligible for a new customer offer

A new customer offer is meant for people who have never had an account with the operator, and the checks go beyond your name. You must be 18 or over and meet the operator’s location rules, with no earlier account with that brand and sometimes none with sister brands. Shared addresses, devices or cards can block a second claim, because operators often allow one claim per household, and some payment methods do not qualify. A closed account normally counts as an existing one, so you are no longer a new customer. Register once with your real details, because duplicates can void bonuses.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

    <details class="faq-item">

Does the qualifying bet need to win?

            Usually not.
