Keep your email and phone number current, because your login, security alerts and verification codes all rely on them.

How to update your contact details

Log in and open your account, profile or personal details, then edit the field you want to change. Each detail works slightly differently.

Email address: enter the new one and confirm the code or link sent to the new address, and sometimes to the old one too. Check that it is not already used on another account.

Phone number: enter the new number and the code sent to it, and confirm with your password or an email code if asked. Update your 2FA setup afterwards.

Address: match the spelling on your passport or driving licence, and upload a recent bill or statement if the operator asks for proof.

Afterwards, check your spam folder for the confirmation message and secure the new email with a strong password and 2FA.

If you cannot reach the old email or number

Contact support, explain the situation and be ready to prove who you are with ID. You may not be able to receive the 2FA code needed to make the change, so support can verify your identity and update the details for you. Do not open a new account to get around it, because duplicates cause closures. If your SIM was lost or swapped, tell your mobile provider so nobody else can receive your codes. Landlines cannot receive text codes, so a mobile is better for 2FA.

Choose which offers you get

Your marketing preferences decide which offers reach you and how. Online operators must let you opt in by product and by channel under Gambling Commission rules that apply since 1 May 2025, so you can keep sports betting emails and switch off casino texts, for example. Open the communication settings, switch each product and channel on or off and save, then use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to a text and turn off push alerts in your phone’s app settings. Changing your email can reset these choices, so review them afterwards. Service messages such as security alerts and verification continue.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

    <details class="faq-item">

Will changing my email affect my bonuses?

            Generally no, because the account stays the same, but check the terms of any live offer.
