To protect your<strong> balance<\/strong>, our security team must be 100% certain the document is authentic and belongs to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-photo-quality-issues\">1. Photo quality issues<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most frequent culprit is a blurry or unreadable image. If the text is fuzzy or there is a &#8220;glare&#8221; from your camera flash reflecting off a plastic ID card, the system cannot verify your details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Fix:<\/strong> Take the photo in a well-lit room with natural light (near a window is best).
