Because of Canadian verification laws and <strong>Know Your Customer (KYC)<\/strong> regulations, you must provide official documentation to prove your new residency. This ensures your account remains compliant with provincial &#8220;ring-fencing&#8221; rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-verification-process\">The verification process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Submit a Request:<\/strong> Go to your Account Settings or contact the Help Centre to initiate the change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Upload Proof of Address (POA):<\/strong> You will need to upload a digital copy (PDF or clear photo) of a document showing your full name and your new address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Review Period:<\/strong> Our security team will review the document.
